Artila Electronics has announced the SBC-7530 — an ARM-based Cortex-A7 turnkey single-board computer that delivers stable, strong system performance in a low-power platform.

The product has been designed specifically for applications which require multiple I/O connection, networking connectivity and high-performance graphic interfaces, with the ARM processor and open Linux operating system providing the backbone for innovative smart IoT solutions. It can be used as a ready solution for industrial HMI, for different automation and display applications.

The company says the use of its turnkey SBC minimises development risks for rugged design, while the product’s compact size allows it to be embedded in devices where space is limited. The computer is also efficient, which is useful where saving on power is concerned. The SBC is self-contained and relatively easy to swap one out if the computer needs to be replaced.

To fulfil all requirements for industrial applications, the product supports 1x miniPCIe slot that can easily deploy connectivity technology/RF modules to achieve wireless network communication and position. It is also equipped with 4x UART ports with RS-232/485 support, 1x CAN bus 2.0, 2x OTG/HOST USB and 1x SD card slot.

The product is flexible enough to be applied in various applications such as automation control, human–machine interfaces, industry controllers and IoT. With its high-performance, rich I/O interface and low power consumption, users can develop solid, stable and durable industrial applications.
