The ATtiny20 is the latest addition to the Atmel tinyAVR product family of low-power, high-performance microcontrollers featuring picoPower technology.

The device joins ATtiny4, ATtiny5, ATtiny9 and ATtiny10.

The latest microcontroller is a general-purpose device featuring 2 KB of in-system programmable flash memory, an 8-channel 10-bit A/D converter (ADC), one 8-bit timer/counter and one 16-bit timer/counter, both with two PWM outputs and I2C compliant interface.

The 3 x 3 mm very thin quad flat no lead package (VQFN) and ultrathin fine-pitch ball grid array package (UFBGA) makes it possible to embed this MCU in the most space-constrained applications.
