Motor vehicle qualified 40 to 100 V 10.2 MOSFETs are an expansion of IR’s family of qualified power MOSFETs specifically designed for applications requiring low on-state resistance (RDS(on)).
The medium-voltage devices are suitable for applications with a 24 V battery as well as applications on 12 V board-nets where higher voltages are present.
Delivering RDS(on) as low as 2.6 mΩ at 55 V, the family ranges from 40 to 100V and includes 75 V offerings. With higher voltages well suited for use in 24 V truck systems, several of the devices feature the new revised maximum current ratings of up to 240 A in a D2Pak-7P and 195 A in a D2Pak.
