The AUIPS7111S is a high-side intelligent power switch with ultra low on-state resistance RDS(on) for harsh 24 V motor vehicle environments such as under-the-bonnet junction boxes.
The device features an RDS(on) of 7.5 mΩ (max) at 25°C and offers a set of protection features including overcurrent and overtemperature shutdown in addition to an active clamp circuit to ensure safe reliable switching, and protection under repetitive short-circuit conditions.
