Axiomtek DSB500-871HM digital signage player

Axiomtek has introduced the DSB500-871HM, a high-performance digital signage player featuring three displays and Wi-Fi support. The product is designed for digital signage applications within retail, commerce, education, hospitality or entertainment to deliver live content to audiences.

The signage player is powered by Intel Core i5 or i3 processors with the Mobile Intel HM76 Express chipset. It supports high-quality, 1080P video playback on three independent displays via DisplayPort and dual HDMI interfaces.

It comes with a DDR3 1066/1333/1600 MHz SO-DIMM slot with up to 8 GB memory and a pluggable 2.5″ SATA HDD for convenient use. A PCI Express Mini Card slot is available for a wireless communication module or a TV tuner card. Networking is provided by one gigabit ethernet port and an optional 802.11 b/g/n Wi-Fi connection. The standalone signage system is suitable for users looking for a fast digital signage player that is easy to implement. Its slim 210 x 35 x 165 mm chassis enables the unit to fit into tight spaces behind displays. The system can be wall mounted or VESA mounted.
