Axiomtek P1177S-881 industrial touch panel computer

Axiomtek has announced the P1177S-881, its workstation-level industrial touch panel computer with rich I/O interface options. The high-performance PC is equipped with a 17″ SXGA TFT LCD display and IP65-compliant front bezel.

The rugged PC supports 4th Generation Intel Core i7/i5/i3 or Celeron processors in an LGA1150 socket with the Intel H81 Express chipset. With dual-display capability, the product is a highly integrated and easy-to-use platform designed for factory automation, kiosks and other industrial automation, IoT and M2M applications.

The touch panel PC offers workstation-level performance and features VGA, HDMI, Wi-Fi connectivity and built-in speakers. The product includes a smart fan to automatically adjust the fan speed in response to the fluctuation of the temperature of the CPU for increased system reliability. For enhanced integration flexibility and expandability, the all-in-one unit supports four COM ports and two USB 3.0 ports.

There are only three screws on the back chassis, so technicians can quickly remove the system’s back cover with minimum effort. To withstand harsh operating environments, the computer is made with a robust mechanical design and has IP65/NEMA 4 water/dust-proof protection from spillage. The power-efficient panel unit can be installed using a panel mount, wall mount, VESA arm or desktop stand, depending on the application need.
