B&B Electronics ELinx ESW100 ethernet switches
B&B Electronics has expanded its industrial unmanaged ethernet switches with the ELinx ESW100 series featuring LC small-form-factor fibre connectors.
The DIN rail switches are also panel mountable. The five-port ESW105 and eight-port ESW108 models offer either all copper ports or the option to replace one copper port (at the bottom of the switch) with an LC multimode or singlemode fibre port. Communication range is 2 km for multimode fibre and 20 km for singlemode.
The switches are designed for rugged, noisy, dirty applications such as industrial automation, SCADA, traffic control, water management, building control and wind power.
They are immune to the electrical fields generated by motors, pumps and relays, are shock, vibration and free-fall tested.
The switches offer dual power ports (12 to 36 VDC and 10 to 24 VAC) and support IEEE 802.3, 802.3u and 802.3x standards.
