Backplane has released the MI810, the latest Mini-ITX motherboard from iBase Technology.

The fanless board offers an Atom 1.6 GHz N270 CPU with the 945GSE graphics chipset while maintaining low power consumption.

The device can support up to 2 GB of DDR2 system memory and a CompactFlash socket offering solid-state storage if required. The board has one PCI slot, one PCI-Express slot and a Mini PCI-Express slot on the solder side for expansion purposes.

It also has two LAN ports, one being 10/100 speed and the other at gigabit speed.

The board has optional VGA, DVI or dual LVDS display outputs. The further connectivity of the board consists of two SATA II ports, eight USB (2.0) ports, one IDE port, three RS232 ports and an RS232/422/485 port.

The device also has other features such as a watchdog timer adjustable from 1-255 s, as well as direct 12 VDE and 19 VDC input. An onboard power connector for a HDD or CD-ROM is available.
