Crystek CPLL66-3475-3475 PLL/synthesiser
Crystek’s CPLL66-3475-3475 PLL/synthesiser operates at 3475 MHz with a typical step size of 2500 kHz.
A VCO around a PLL, it is smaller than separate VCO/PLL modules and is a complete PLL/synthesiser requiring only external frequency reference and supply voltages for the internal PLL and VCO.
It is programmed using a standard three-line interface (data, clock and load enable).
Phase noise is -95 dBc/Hz at 10 kHz offset with minimum output power of 3 dBm. VCO voltage is 5 DC, PLL voltage is 3 DC and second harmonic suppression is -15 dBc typical.
