Crystek’s CRBV55FL-0200-0239 RedBox voltage controlled oscillator operates from 200 to 239 MHz with a control voltage range of 0.5~4.5 and has a typical phase noise of -123 dBc/Hz at 10 kHz offset with good linearity. Output power is typically +9 dBm.
The series is enclosed in an aluminium enclosure with SMA connectors, enhancing its durability and making integration an easy, plug-and-play option.
