Crystek’s CVCO55CC-2515-2530 VCO (voltage controlled oscillator) operates from 2515 to 2530 MHz with a control voltage range of 0.3 to 4.7. This VCO features a typical phase noise of -116 dBc/Hz at 10 KHz offset and has good linearity. Output power is typically +4.5 dBm.
