Crystek‘s CVCO55CC-3500-3700 VCO (voltage controlled oscillator) operates from 3500 to 3700 MHz with a control range of 0.1 to 16 V.
The VCO features a typical phase noise of -108 dBc/Hz at 10 KHz offset and has good linearity. Output power is typically +5 dBm.
Input voltage is 8, with a max current consumption of 30 mA. Pulling and pushing are minimised to 2.5 MHz and 1.0 MHz/V. Second harmonic suppression is -20 dBc typical.
The device is suitable for applications such as digital radio equipment, fixed wireless access, satellite communications systems and base stations.
