Crystek’s CRBV55FL-0136-0174 VC oscillator
Crystek’s CRBV55FL-0136-0174 Red Box VCO operates from 136 to 174 MHz with a control voltage range of 0.5 to 4.5.
The VCO has a typical phase noise of -123 dBc/Hz at 10 kHz offset and has good linearity. Output power is typically +9 dBm.
The VCOs are enclosed in an aluminium enclosure with SMA connectors.
The oscillator has an input voltage of 5, with a maximum current consumption of 25 mA. Pulling and pushing are minimised to 1.0 MHz and 1.0 MHz/V. Second harmonic suppression is -20 dBc typical.
