Crystek’s CVCO55CC-1370-1400 VCO (voltage controlled oscillator) operates from 1370 to 1400 MHz with a control voltage range of 0.5<0x007E>4.5.
The VCO features a typical phase noise of -114 dBc/Hz at 10 kHz offset and has good linearity. Output power is typically +2 dBm. Input voltage is 5, with a maximum current consumption of 30 mA. Pulling and pushing are minimised to 1.5 MHz and 0.5 MHz/V. Second harmonic suppression is -25 dBc typical.
