Crystek’s CVCO55CC-1581-1581 VCO operates at 1581 MHz with a control voltage range of 0.5-4.5.

The VCO features a typical phase noise of -120 dBc/Hz at 10 kHz offset and has good linearity. Output power is typically +2.5 dBm.

Input voltage is 5, with a maximum current consumption of 25 mA. Pulling and pushing are minimised to 1.0 MHz and 1.0 MHz/V. Second harmonic suppression is -15 dBc typical.

The device is suitable for digital radio equipment, fixed wireless access, satellite communications systems and base stations.
