Crystek’s CVCO55CC-3015-3045 VCO (voltage controlled oscillator) operates from 3015 to 3045 MHz with a control voltage range of 0-5-4.5 V.
It has a typical phase noise of -109 dBc/Hz at 10 kHz offset and has good linearity. Output power is typically 0 dBm.
Input voltage is 5, with a max current consumption of 35 mA. Pulling and pushing are minimised to 0.5 MHz and 0.3 MHz/V. Second harmonic suppression is -25 dBc typical.
