Crystek’s CVCO55FL-0075-0085 VC oscillator operates from 75 to 85 MHz with a control voltage range of 0.5 to 4.5 and features a typical phase noise of -123 dBc/Hz at 10 kHz offset and has good linearity. Output power is typically +9.0 dBm.
The device is available in the SMD package. Input voltage is 5 V, with a max current consumption of 25 mA. Pulling and pushing are minimised to 0.50 MHz and 0.50 MHz/V. Second harmonic suppression is -20 dBc typical.
