Data-Linc CIX wireless modem
The Data-Linc CIX system is designed to offer an industrial-grade automation I/O extender that provides direct PLC connection via communication ports to I/O points with no complicated PLC programming or proprietary software.
When connected to a PLC, the network is ready to operate after structuring the message as if reading and/or writing to an integer at that node - the CIX completes the process.
The system uses Data-Linc’s SRM wireless technology in both the 900 MHz (CIX6400) and the 2.4 GHz (CIX6500) ISM licence-free bands. Wired remote expansion is also available (CIX/EXP).
