Dominant’s white SpiceLED, SSW-HLG, provides a consistent luminous intensity of 500 mcd at an operating current of 20 mA withstanding operating temperatures of up to 110°C.
The miniature SSW-HLG device uses an industrial standard 0603 (S-Spice) package outline but with a package height of 0.6 mm. Its compact, efficient and reliable design has a wide viewing angle of 160° with enhanced thermal dissipation capability via its copper base.
It offers up to 20,000 h of operation due to its enhanced resin mixture for encapsulation and low thermal resistance of the housing.
