E-Switch has announced the PV7 series, a water-resistant, anti-vandal, push-button switch. With a rating of 2 A 48 VDC, it is supplied illuminated in red, yellow, orange, blue, green or white. Both ring and dot illumination options are available.
Made of stainless steel and nickel-plated brass, the PV7 series vandal-resistant switch has a long mechanical life expectancy of 1,000,000 cycles.
Specifications include: electrical life, 50,000 cycles; illumination base rating; yellow, red and orange, 20 mA 1.8 V; blue, green and white, 20 mA 2.8 V; contact resistance; 50 mΩ (initial max); insulation resistance: 1000 MΩ min; dielectric strength: 2000 VAC; operating temperature: -20 to +70°C.
