E-Switch RP8200 push-button switch

E-Switch has introduced its latest illuminated push-button switch series, the RP8200, that is offered in a round design with a 17.5 mm bezel and is available in a threaded or snap-in panel-mount version.

There are five LED colour options for illumination and seven colour options for the actuator. Sealed to an IP65 rating, this switch is suitable for audio/visual, telecommunications, appliance, instrumentation and consumer electronics applications.

The switch features a maintained function for those products that need to be turned on and stay on. The LED illumination gives positive confirmation of status.

Specifications include: life expectancy - 200,000 cycles; contact rating - 100 mA, 24 VDC; contact resistance (Initial max) - 100 m Ω; function - SPST, off-on; insulation resistance - 1000 Megohm min at 500 VDC; dielectric strength (1 min) - 1000 VAC; operating force - 560 gf ±150 gf; total travel - 2.5 mm ±0.25 mm; operating/storage temperature -30 to +85°C.
