Ethernet power switch

Transition’s industrial POE switches are power sourcing equipment devices that comply with the IEEE 802.3af 2003 standard and combine data received over a fibre-optic link with -48 VDC power; providing power to powered devices over unshielded twisted pair cabling.

The switches are hardened, designed to operate on factory floors, outdoor enclosures or other hazardous environments while providing all the benefits of POE power.

Features include: auto-negotiation; AutoCross; full wire speed performance with 1 Gbps backplane; 4-port integrated POE injector with full 15.4 W per port on data pairs; IEEE 802.3af power over ethernet compliant; standard (-10 to 50°C) or extended (-40 to 65 °C) operating temperature; dry contact relay alarm output; dual, redundant 48 VDC power inputs; reverse polarity power input protection; overload current protection; DIN rail mounting and wall-mount brackets included.
