Kemet has expanded its through-the-hole ceramic capacitor range with more capacitance and voltage values added to virtually every available case size of axial (Aximax) and radial (Goldmax) devices in X7R dielectric.
The range now meets a growing demand for higher capacitance values in through-the-hole devices. Radial components (C3xx series) are now available with capacitance values up to 10 µF, while axial components (C4xx series) are now available in capacitances up to 4.7 µF. In addition, both can be supplied with either 25 or 250 V ratings for all case sizes.
With an operating temperature range between -55 and +125°C and a tolerance of ±15% over that range, the X7R devices are suitable for power supply circuits.
