The Glyn FN920C04 5G RedCap industrial-grade module enables 5G mid-speed connectivity by leveraging the latest 3GPP Release 17 RedCap technology. It is designed to enhance performance and efficiency compared to LTE while offering users a seamless transition to a 5G future. The industrial-grade, rugged module is designed for global deployment, featuring enhanced uplink performance, power-saving capabilities and LTE Cat 4 fallback for optimal coverage.

RedCap technology fills the gap between high-speed mobile broadband devices and ultralow-bandwidth IoT applications. The module offers worldwide coverage and flexible form factors, making it suitable for industrial automation, smart wearables and video surveillance applications.

The module can be integrated with Telit Cinterion connectivity and services, including NExT data plans, connectivity activation, AppZone and OneEdge. As 5G adoption accelerates, the module provides a future-ready connectivity solution for businesses transitioning from legacy networks.

Glyn’s robust cellular 5G data card portfolio enables commercial deployments for original equipment manufacturers (OEMs), system integrators and service providers.
