High brightness white LED and matching secondary lens

Tenrod Australia introduces the newly released high brightness white LED from DOMINANT Semiconductors.

This white LED has 120° viewing angle and a high output of typical 48 lm and 17000mcd at 350mA delivering a very efficient 38 lm/watt. It has a compact package with low height profile (6.0mm x 6.0mm x 1.5mm). The LED is compatible to both IR re-flow soldering and TTW soldering.

Featuring its high brilliance, flux output and wide viewing angle, this white LED is highly suitable for both conventional lighting and specialized applications such as garden lights, lampposts, architecture lights and general lights.

For applications where a narrow beam or viewing angle is required, DOMINANT Semiconductors has also released a matching secondary lens converting the 120° viewing angle to narrow 15° viewing angle. This lens is precision moulded with optical grade plastic and easily mounted onto assemblies with the LEDs of this series.
