ICP Electronics Ethernet switches
ICP Electronics has released IP67 waterproof ethernet switches from O-ring.
The IES-2050-M12 is a waterproof, light-managed redundant ring ethernet switch featuring 5 x 10/100Based-TX ports and is fully compliant with the IP67 standard.
The IES-1050-M12 is a waterproof, unmanaged ethernet switch with 5 x 10/100Base-Tx which is also fully compliant with IP67 standard.
With the support of ethernet redundancy protocol, O-Ring (recovery time <10 ms over 250 units of connection) and RSTP/STP, the devices can protect applications from network interruptions and temporary malfunctions through fast recovery.
Both devices are constructed of rugged, weatherproof aluminium. The IES-2050-M12/1050-M12 also feature RJ45 ethernet ports with M12 type connectors, which provide waterproof, anti-shock and dust-tight connections.
