ICS-460/ICS-480 series industrial computer
Backplane Systems has released Axiom's latest TFT LCD industrial computer system, the ICS-460/ICS-480 series.
These 19" rackmounted industrial workstations are 4U high and feature a built-in 6.4" VGA or 8.4" SVGA TFT LCD and 77 key membrane keypad.
The series is equipped with a 14 slot backplane providing space for expansion. The chassis allows integration with a wide range of peripherals and single board computers. Boards supported include Single Socket-370 Celeron/Pentium III, Dual Socket-370 Celeron/Pentium III and Socket-478 Celeron/Pentium 4 PICMG.
This system is equipped with a 300 W ATX power supply, three exposed 5¼" drive bays and one internal 3.5' drive bay. The two USB ports and PS/2 keyboard/mouse connector are on the front panel. The optional resistive touchscreen feature is an upgrade for on-screen icon control.
