ICP Electronics has released the IMBA-3600AM2, an ATX form factor industrial motherboard with an AMD socket AM2 processor and HyperTransport technology supported.
The board has a built-in NVIDIA MPC55Pro (NFP-3600) supporting 28 configurable PCI express lanes.
The board also supports AMD Athlon 64, Athlon 64 x2, AMD 64 Opteron and AMD Sempron 200/400/600/800/1000 MHz processors and four DDR2 DIMM sockets up to 8 GB.
This server-grade motherboard features 6x SATA II with RAID 0, 1, 0+1, 5, JBOD support, 2x COM, 8x USB 2.0, 1x IDE and 2x PS/2. In addition, this full function board has onboard Realtek ALC883 HD audio codec and a type I/II CompactFlash socket.
The board has one PCIe x16 (x8 single) and five PCIe x4 expansion slots for PCIe applications.
