International Rectifier AUIPS2051L and AUIPS2052G power switches
International Rectifier has released the AUIPS2051L and AUIPS2052G 75 V low-side intelligent power switches that feature integrated protection from over-temperature and over-current.
The AUIPS2052G is a dual-channel device while the AUIPS2051L is a single-channel device. The AUIPS205x range can operate repetitively under short-circuit conditions for extended periods.
Their features include: over-current shut down; over-temperature shutdown; active clamp; ESD protection; low current and logic level input; optimised turn on/off to minimise EMI; diagnostic on the input current.
The AUIPS205x range is suitable for 24 V automotive loads such as solenoids or as electromechanical relay replacements.
The devices are qualified according to AEC-Q10x standards.
