Keil MDK-ARM microcontroller development kit

Tuesday, 08 March, 2011 | Supplied by: Embedded Logic Solutions Pty Ltd

Keil is supporting the STMicroelectronics STM32 F-2 MCU series in the MDK-ARM (microcontroller development kit).

The series combines an adaptive real-time memory accelerator (ART accelerator), up to 1 MB flash, ethernet MAC, USB 2.0 HS OTG, camera interface and integrated encryption.

Based on a 120 MHz ARM Cortex-M3 processor, the series achieves 150 Dhrystone MIPS with 188 µA/MHz dynamic power consumption.

The latest release of MDK-ARM supports all STM32 F-2 devices and includes set-up files, device-specific views and example projects. MDK features a compiler from ARM, the µVision4 IDE, the fully functional RTX RTOS and analysis tools which, when used with the ULINKpro, deliver code coverage and execution profiling.

It is specifically optimised for single-chip, high-performance devices such as the STM32 F-2 family.
