Littelfuse SMBJ-HR and SMBJ-HRA series TVS diodes
Littelfuse TVS diodes have been specially screened and sorted for use in DC line protection in aviation electronics. The surface-mount 600 W diodes are available in a compact DO-214AA SMB package.
The SMBJ-HR and SMBJ-HRA series protect sensitive electronic equipment from voltage transients induced by lightning surge and other transient voltage events. The components in both series have undergone a 100% screen sorting process; SMBJ-HR diodes have had Group B (surge test, HTRB and electrical test) sort processing as well.
TVS devices are suitable for the protection of I/O interfaces, VCC bus and other vulnerable circuits used in telecom, computer, industrial and consumer electronic applications.
