The kit, from M/A-COM Technology Solutions, includes 10 samples each of 15 different transformer/balun models (total 150 pieces) and a CD containing detailed specifications.
The transformers and baluns are intended for various applications in wireless infrastructure, mobile phones, wireless data transceivers, industrial and medical equipment and consumer electronics products.
Features of the kit include: standard impedance ratios from 1:1 to 1:16; frequency ranges from 0.4 - 3000 MHz; models for balanced/unbalanced conversion; each model specified at 50 Ω nominal (ie, characteristic) impedance.
