The MAAM-011220, from MACOM Technology Solutions, is an RF amplifier for CATV applications. It provides 18 dB of ultraflat gain while biased at either 8 V, 130 mA or 5 V, 110 mA.
The single-stage, single-ended product is fabricated using GaAs pHEMT technology and is assembled in a SOT-89 plastic package. It provides good linearity, high gain, low noise and low distortion, making it suitable for 75Ω infrastructure applications.
