MACOM MAAP-011022 S-band 7 W pulsed high-power amplifier
The MACOM MAAP-011022 high-power balanced amplifier operates from 2.7 to 3 GHz, provides 7 W of pulsed power and is designed to operate at an 8% duty cycle. It is specifically designed for S-band aviation and weather radar applications.
With rugged performance under load mismatch, the product’s balanced architecture offers good return loss across the frequency band and high performance under demanding VSWR load conditions. Additional features include: 23 dB small signal gain; +10 V bias operation; 50 Ω impedance; and a 6 mm, 28-lead PQFN package.
