MACOM MASW-011107-DIE SPDT non-reflective switch
The MASW-011107-DIE is a versatile, broadband, non-reflective SPDT switch from MACOM Technology Solutions, offered as a bare die part.
The GaAs SPDT non-reflective switch operates from DC to 26.5 GHz and provides less than 2 dB insertion loss and greater than 40 dB isolation. It is fabricated using MACOM’s mature 0.5 µm low gate-lag pHEMT process, which features full surface passivation for high performance and high reliability.
Additional features include: insertion loss of 1.3 dB @ 20 GHz; isolation of 46 dB @ 20 GHz; switching speed of 20 ns; control current of 1 µA; and dimensions of 1.3 x 0.85 x 0.1 mm.
The combination of broadband performance, fast switching and good settling time makes the device versatile for a range of applications, including test and measurement, electronic warfare and broadband communication systems.
