Maxim MAX9389 differential ECL/PECL multiplexer
Maxim’s MAX9389 Differential ECL/PECL Multiplexer is a fully differential, high-speed, low-jitter, 8-to-1 ECL/PECL multiplexer (mux) with dual-output buffers. The device is designed for clock and data distribution applications and features low propagation delay (310 ps typ) and output-to-output skew (30 ps max).
The product operates with a wide supply range (VCC-VEE) of 2.375 to 5.5 V. It is offered in a 32-pin TQFP package and operates over the -40 to +85°C extended temperature range.
