Microchip has added the MCP6401/1R/1U to its range of operational amplifiers.
It has low quiescent current (45 µA, typical) and rail-to-rail input and output operation. The devices are unity gain stable and have a GBWP of 1 MHz (typical). The MCP6401/1R/1U is designed with the company’s CMOS process and is offered in SC70 and SOT23 packages.
All devices are available in the extended temperature range, with a power supply range of 1.8 to 6.0 V.
