The Mornsun URB1D series DC-DC converters are designed for railway applications and come in a range of power supply wattages - 6, 10, 15 and 20 W - with efficiencies up to 89%. Features include: regulated output voltages ranging from 3.3 VDC up to 24 VDC, 1.5 KV isolation, short circuit protection, output overvoltage protection, low ripple and noise.
The converters uses modular architecture and have standard product sizes and footprints to provide a solution to suit a wide range of applications, from onboard electronics up to protection, signalling or wayside equipment. Some models offer a variety of mounting options such as DIN rail with screw terminals, surface mount with screw terminals and PCB mount and a heat sink option.
Other features include: a 40-160 VDC 4:1 wide input, operating temperature range: -40~+85°C and six-sided metal shielded case. Mornsun also offers a transient protection module to use with these devices.
