Crystek’s CVCO55CC-1700-1700 VCO operates at 1700 MHz with a control voltage range of 0.3-4.7. It features a typical phase noise of -120 dBc/Hz at 10 kHz offset and has good linearity. Output power is typically +2.5 dBm.
The device is supplied in an SMD package. Input voltage is 5, with a max current consumption of 25 mA. Pulling and pushing are minimised to 1.0 MHz and 0.5 MHz/V. Second harmonic suppression is -15 dBc typical.
