Peregrine PE423422 100-6000 MHz RF SPDT switch

Friday, 05 June, 2015 | Supplied by: Wireless Components

The PE423422 is an RF single-pole double-throw (SPDT) switch from Peregrine Semiconductor. Delivering good linearity and harmonics performance, it is designed to cover a wide range of automotive wireless applications from 100 to 6000 MHz, including automotive infotainment and traffic safety applications. Blocking capacitors are not required if DC voltage is not present on the RF ports.

The product is manufactured on Peregrine’s UltraCMOS process, a variation of silicon-on-insulator (SOI) technology on a sapphire substrate, offering good RF performance. It is HaRP technology-enhanced and has received AEC-Q100 Grade 2 certification by meeting the quality and performance standards required for use in harsh automotive environments.

The switch features low insertion loss, high isolation, high linearity and high ESD tolerance. It has a wide supply range of 2.3 to 5.5 V and supports operating temperatures up to +105°C.
