The ALPS/Switches Plus SDKVB series push power switch is equipped with a built-in detector switch that determines whether the switch is in the 'on' or 'off' position.
This provides protection against intermittent sound as well as protection of microcomputer circuits.
The switches are rated at 8 A at 250 V and can withstand an inrush of 128 A. It has an operating life of 25,000 cycles.
