The SA-G+ is the latest Quad band GPRS modem from Enfora based on the Locosto single-chip platform from Texas Instruments.

Using the built-in ‘rules engine’, developers and system integrators can capture and analyse data from remote sensors, RFID tags and other input sources and transmit the data to monitoring and control stations.

The SA-G+ is suitable for applications that require an economical solution for remotely managing assets, as the device and I/O can also be controlled via AT command over SMS allowing easy integration to existing hardware.

Additionally, the SA-G+ allows application providers to move from circuit-switched to internet protocol connectivity as needed for their applications.
