Recom R1S/E RO/E RB/E DC/DC converter series

The R1S/E, RO/E and RB/E series of 1 W DC/DC converters from Recom have been designed for use in low power applications including battery-operated products, green energy products and general isolation and DC conversion applications.

Limited energy budgets require highly efficient converters also at low loads. The new converters achieve good efficiency up to 84% and can reach 70% efficiency even with a 20% load.

Low losses allow the converters to provide an extended ambient temperature range of -40 to 100°C without derating. They are suitable for use where high efficiency, wide temperature range and good isolation are required.

The converters have a 5 V 200 mA output and input voltages of 3.3, 5, 12 or 24 DC and feature standard isolation of 1 kVDC/1 s with optional 2 kVDC/1 s and have UL-60950-1 certification.
