RFMD’s RF1603A switch is optimised for switching applications requiring low insertion loss and high power handling capability with minimal DC power consumption. The linearity performance makes it suitable for use in multimode cellular GSM/EDGE/WCDMA/CDMA/LTE applications.

Features include: 2 kV HBM ESD protection on all ports; broadband performance covering all standard cellular frequency bands; high linearity - IIP2 >120 dBm.
