Crystek Crystals has released a 1.090 GHz SAW clock oscillator, the CCSO-014-1090.
Designed using SAW technology to provide a low noise, low jitter performance with true sine wave output, the device features -138 dBc/Hz phase noise at 10 kHz offset.
It is supplied in a 14-pin DIP hermetically sealed package, features a 12 V input and generates a true-sine wave with +12 dBm min output power. It has no sub-harmonics and the second harmonic is -40 dBc max.
