Rohm has available a series of blue LEDs for applications such as industrial equipment, test and measuring machines and ticket and vending machines to name a few.
The displays come in four models all with a peak emission wavelength of 470 nm, and character sizes of 8 mm (LA-301BB/BL), 10.16 mm (LA-401BD/BN) and 14.6 mm (LA-601BB/BL) which are all single digit.
The fourth model is a two digit display with 14.6 mm character height (LB602BA/BK2).
