The Sensirion SFC6000D mass flow controller is small and light and therefore allows the customer to optimise their devices in terms of size and weight. This is a decisive advantage, especially for portable devices. The mass flow controller also offers good performance in terms of repeatability, control range and speed. The controller is highly integrated and has a robust supply chain due to the low number of electronic components used.
