Skyworks Solutions has released the SKYA21001 single-pole, double-throw switch. The switch features low insertion loss (0.4 dB at 2.4 GHz) and positive voltage operation with low DC power consumption (10 μA).
Designed and manufactured in an ISO/TS16949-certified facility, the switch comes in an ultraminiature SC-70 (6-pin, 2 x 1.25 mm) package. It is AEC-Q100 qualified and JEDEC (JESD22) qualified at 25°C.
The switch is suitable for the M2M/IoT and automotive/V2X markets, with possible applications including infotainment, telematics, automated toll systems, garage door openers, 802.11b/g/n WLAN, Bluetooth, remote keyless entry and GPS/navigation.
