Crouzel Solid-state Relays has announced the improved GN series of solid-state relays.
Complying with the IEC IP20 touch-safe regulation, the series offers a clear plastic cover accepting larger size wire terminals suitable for up to 6 AWG and featuring an unrestricted view of wire installation.
The overall height of the relay has also been reduced by 2 mm. Relays complying with the IEC IP00 regulation feature the same improvements as the IP20 versions, but without the clear IP20 protective cover.
