STMicroelectronics SD4933MR moisture-resistant DMOS transistor
STMicroelectronics’ SD4933MR is an N-channel field-effect RF power transistor intended for use in 50 V industrial, scientific and medical (ISM) applications up to 100 MHz. The diffused metal oxide semiconductor (DMOS) transistor benefits from environmentally designed packaging.
The product features Pout of 300 W minimum with 24 dB gain at 30 MHz. It is ruggedised against cyclic high-moisture operating and severe storage conditions. It has good thermal stability, a 200°C maximum junction temperature and passes the THB 85/85 reliability test.
